- Once you have received all our information our advisers will discuss which plot(s) you would like to buy.
- When we have established which plot(s) you would like, we reserve these in your name.
- Once we have reserved your plot(s) we require a £500.00 deposit for each plot, this can be made over the phone or by post.
- We then send out a contract for you to sign and return along with the balance of the monies.
- Once you have signed and returned the contract with the balance of the monies we transfer the title deeds into your name and send them to you for signature.
- When we have received the signed title deeds we then forward to HM Land Registry, who will send you your title deeds giving you legal freehold over you're plot(s), this usually takes 8 - 12 weeks.
