Once you have received all our information our advisers will discuss which plot(s) you would like to buy.

Government figures have confirmed that households have increased by 300% and that house building has fallen almost 50%. Global Land has to ensure that as a company it carries out due diligence and an acceptable evaluation on all the sites that it purchases to sell to prospective investors.

The site needs to be 'strategically' situated. This means it has to be located next to schools, shops, transport links, new housing developments etc. Also, it's imperative that there is water mains, electricity, drainage and so on. Basically the site has to be primed and ready to meet the criteria of a housing devlopment.

Only sites that we feel have the strongest prospects for allocation are considered.

Global Land Group sites must meet a certain criteria:

  • Is there demand for housing and housing targets in the local area?

  • Is there Re-zoning potential (Planning potential)?

  • Is the site near recent developments?

  • Is there a quality transport system (Roads, Railway, Airports etc)?

  • Are there sufficient local facilities - schools, local shops, etc?

  • Sanitation - Drainage, Sewer System, Water Mains etc?
